Abstract

The aim of this study is to compare the microclimate in three ages of forest succesive and the test results of the variable microclimate with the Temperature Humadity Index (THI), as well as recording the type of vegetation to calculate the density of the vegetation in the area of succession using vegetation analysis method as a factor influential in the microclimate, and then compare it to how descriptive statistics. Research result showed that the micro-climate variables in + 5 years land succession was better than results microclimate variables in land succession of age + 1 year and + 3 years. The number of vegetation and vegetation density greatly affect the temperature, humidity, and light intensity impacting on the formation of micro-climate around land succession.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membandingkan hasil pengukuran variabel iklim mikro yang diperoleh pada lahan suksesi dengan umur yang berbeda, dan menguji hasil variabel iklim mikro dengan parameter kenyamanan, serta pencatatan jenis vegetasi untuk menghitung kerapatan vegetasi di lahan suksesi tersebut menggunakan metode analisis vegetasi sebagai faktor yang berpengaruh dalam iklim mikro, kemudian membandingkannya dengan cara statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan diketahui bahwa hasil variabel iklim mikro di lahan suksesi umur + 5 tahun lebih baik dibandingkan hasil variabel iklim mikro di lahan suksesi umur + 1 tahun dan + 3 tahun. Jumlah vegetasi yang tumbuh dan kerapatan vegetasi sangat mempengaruhi suhu, kelembaban, dan intensitas cahaya yang berdampak pada pembentukan iklim mikro di sekitar lahan suksesi.
